Rollicking Buckaroo™ Pepper Jam is an Award Winning, Natural, Gluten Free, and Vegan Gourmet Pepper Jam.

We aim to provide a satisfying product made with real ingredients from America, featuring great natural color and consistency. Most importantly, we wanted it to taste amazing! You can see what you're eating and savor the flavor. We're Sweet with a Kick!

Taste the difference—it's great on everything! Glaze it over grilled salmon or pork tenderloin, use it as a dipping sauce for pot stickers, or enjoy it with hors d'oeuvres and finger foods. Try it on baked Brie or goat cheese, add it to stir-fry vegetables, and, of course, serve it with crackers and cream cheese.

Our jam has a 3-year shelf life and, once opened, stays fresh for a year when refrigerated. Plus, our packaging is eco-friendly.

Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam is a fun addition to our tasting room shelves! These jams are quality, tasty, and have developed their own following among the guests we host for wine tasting. Through staff experimentation and guest feedback, the two preferred ways we have found to use these jams are over top cream cheese as a dip and as a glaze on grilled salmon. I have been using Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam since 2018. It has become a staple on our BBQ menu. We use it on our Brisket and Pulled Pork Nachos and have increased our sales on thatitem by 40%. We sell it as an add on to our BBQ sandwiches and Burritos. It has been such a popular item with our customers that we started selling jars directly.

I tried this with Filipino egg rolls instead of the traditional sweet chili sauce. A much better flavor combination. It also tasted GREAT on cream cheese and toast. Oh last but not least grilled rosemary lamb rocks with this sauce. Looking forward to the hot pepper jam. Run out and by this. Really you won't be disappointed.

With a deep love for horses, country dancing, cooking, and crafting the perfect pepper jam, Michael's culinary adventures have led him to refine his pepper jam recipe over the years. After countless batches, Michael is thrilled to finally share his delicious creation with the world.
