Michael is a beloved fixture at the Saturday market, on Broadway, at Nettlehorst elementary. His pluperfect pepper jams are an ideal accompaniment to all the various breads, cheeses and produce (even the jewelry!) found at the surrounding booths. Nothing beats spicy

I love the medium heat pepper jam! It has the perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness and it tastes fresh - like homemade. As a condiment it makes food taste so much better. It has a great flavor and it's colorful, too! This would make a great hostess gift as well!

Versatile

I used the medium jam in my sage, apple, sauage and cabbage casserole. The little touch of heat balances out the sweet and sour glaze. My friends love this heat level. We share recipe ideas. I got a few of them using it on fish. I'm spreading the love and the flavor.

Pepper Jam rocks!

I recently purchased the Medium and Hot varieties of the Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam! I love both of them! The hot isn't extremely hot, but just right! I've used the jam in chicken salad, on blt's and most recently in my coleslaw dressing! I love savory things, so I think I could use it on many things! I still love the traditional cream cheese, crackers and pepper jam combo too!
