This is my favorite pepper jam, I found it at my local farmer’s market years ago and it’s been my favorite ever since. It’s great on breakfast sandwiches or with cheese and crackers, I highly recommend!

I love adding a dash or two (or more) when Im cooking! I especially love that its vegan; I use it to season tofu cubes before roasting and sprinkle it in and on pasta-veggie casseroles; really perks the food up without over-spicing it!

I have been using Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam since 2018. It has become a staple on our BBQ menu. We use it on our Brisket and Pulled Pork Nachos and have increased our sales on thatitem by 40%. We sell it as an add on to our BBQ sandwiches and Burritos. It has been such a popular item with our customers that we started selling jars directly.

I tried this with Filipino egg rolls instead of the traditional sweet chili sauce. A much better flavor combination. It also tasted GREAT on cream cheese and toast.
