Ingredients:

2 vegan meat patties or medallions (like seitan, tempeh rounds, or store-bought vegan cutlets)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice

1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Sides:

Roasted baby potatoes

Steamed green beans

Charred broccoli

Lemon wedges


Instructions:

Sear the Vegan Meat:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the vegan patties or medallions for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and heated through.

Make the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice), and soy sauce. Warm gently until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Glaze It Up:
