This is our favorite condiment! Normally we like it over brie, but today I used it over smoked sausage that was wrapped in puff pastry. Cut the sausage in slices, put a toothpick in it to hold the puff pastry in place. Baked it and when it came out of the oven I based it in this pepper jam. It was the hit of the party!

I discovered this product at the Dekalb Backalley event. Loved it so much I bought it for my Dad AND my to be father-in-law for Father’s Day. Great flavor, perfect consistency. Amazing on toast, a bagel, in grilled cheese, on scrambled eggs. I can’t wait to try all the meat-free recipes on the website! Glazed tofu sounds delicious. Only complaint: I wish it was even hotter!

This is my favorite pepper jam, I found it at my local farmer’s market years ago and it’s been my favorite ever since. It’s great on breakfast sandwiches or with cheese and crackers, I highly recommend!

I love adding a dash or two (or more) when Im cooking! I especially love that its vegan; I use it to season tofu cubes before roasting and sprinkle it in and on pasta-veggie casseroles; really perks the food up without over-spicing it!
