🌶️ Sweet heat meets garden-fresh goodness!
Ingredients
1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (Medium)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced zucchini
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Olive oil for brushing crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch round. Transfer to parchment or a pizza peel.
Spread a layer of Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam across the crust like a sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then layer on all your veggies.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and brush crust with oil.
Bake for 10–13 minutes until the cheese is melted, veggies are slightly roasted, and the crust is golden.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot!
