1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white balsamic for a milder flavor)

1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice

1 small clove garlic, minced

ΒΌ tsp black pepper

β…“ cup olive oil (or avocado oil for a lighter touch)

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the pepper jam, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
