
π₯ Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jam Vinaigrette

π Ingredients:
2 tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any heat level)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white balsamic for a milder flavor)
1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
ΒΌ tsp sea salt
ΒΌ tsp black pepper
β cup olive oil (or avocado oil for a lighter touch)
π¨π³ Directions:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the pepper jam, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking, or shake in a jar with a tight lid until emulsified.
Taste and adjust: Add more jam for sweetness, more vinegar for tang, or a pinch of chili flakes if you want extra kick!

Drizzle over a strawberry-spinach salad with pecans and goat cheese
Use as a marinade for grilled vegetables or tofu
