Here’s a Sweet & Spicy Cheesecake with Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam – the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and fiery flavors!


Sweet & Spicy Cheesecake with Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup Rollicking Buckaroo Medium Pepper Jam
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then cool.
  3. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Pour into crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the center is just set. Cool completely.
  5. Heat the pepper jam with 1 tbsp of water, stirring until smooth. Pour over the cooled cheesecake.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries, slice, and serve!
