Sweet & Spicy Buckaroo Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any flavor)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
