Sweet & Spicy Buckaroo Crostini
This easy-to-make appetizer delivers the perfect balance of sweet heat and savory goodness. Crisp baguette slices are topped with creamy cheese, a drizzle of Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam, and a sprinkle of Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning for a flavor-packed bite your guests will love!
Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 4 oz. goat cheese (or cream cheese for a milder option)
- ½ cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any heat level)
- 1 tsp Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme or chopped nuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
Toast for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
Spread goat cheese on each crostini.
