Cookie Cake Centerpiece
Ingredients
2 large chocolate chip cookie cakes (store-bought or homemade, 10–12”)
½ cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (Mild or Medium)
½ cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, melted
½ cup colorful candy-coated chocolates
¼ cup caramel sauce (optional but image-accurate)
Assembly
Place one cookie cake on a serving board.
Warm the pepper jam slightly until pourable.
Spread a thin layer of pepper jam over the top of the first cookie.
Add the second cookie cake on top to create a stacked look.
Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel lightly over the top.
Sprinkle candy-coated chocolates around the edges and center.
Tip: Keep the drizzle loose and playful — this keeps it looking festive, not heavy.
