Sticky Sweet & Spicy Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Medium Pepper Jam
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Rollicking Buckaroo Medium Pepper Jam, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan and sear pork chops for about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Brush generously with the pepper jam glaze and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes per side, letting the glaze caramelize beautifully.
  6. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with extra glaze on the side.
