Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
- 1 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Medium Pepper Jam
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
- Season pork chops with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, whisk together Rollicking Buckaroo Medium Pepper Jam, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan and sear pork chops for about 4 minutes per side.
