Ingredients:
For the Cocktail:
- 2 oz. tequila (silver or reposado)
- 1 oz. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 oz. orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1 tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (medium or mild recommended)
- 1 tsp honey
- Ice
For the Rim:
- 1 tbsp Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- Lime wedge (for rimming the glass)
For Garnish:
- Lime wheel
- Fresh jalapeño slices (optional for extra kick)
- Sprig of mint
