Smoky Citrus Quorn Burger with Mango-Lime Salsa (Vegan)

Ingredients
For the burgers
2–3 Quorn vegan burger patties
1½ tsp Smoky Citrus Salt (divided)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Mango-Lime Salsa
1 ripe mango, small dice
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ tsp Smoky Citrus Salt
Creamy Citrus Spread
½ ripe avocado
2 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp Smoky Citrus Salt
For Assembly
Toasted vegan burger buns
Butter lettuce or leaf lettuce
Sliced tomato
Thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
Prepare the Quorn Burgers
Brush the patties lightly with oil and sprinkle both sides with Smoky Citrus Salt and a touch of black pepper.
Cook the Patties
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook burgers 4–5 minutes per side until heated through and nicely browned with a smoky crust.
Make the Mango-Lime Salsa
In a bowl, gently toss mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and Smoky Citrus Salt. Set aside to let flavors meld.
Blend the Citrus Spread
Mash avocado with vegan mayo, lime juice, and Smoky Citrus Salt until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Burgers
Spread citrus avocado sauce on the bottom bun
Add lettuce, tomato, and red onion
Place the hot Quorn burger on top
Spoon generously with mango-lime salsa
Finish with the top bun
