
Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam Pizza

.Ingredients
1 ball of fresh pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (Medium)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
12–15 slices of pepperoni or your preferred topping
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Olive oil for brushing the crust
Optional: red chili flakes for extra heat
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (or as high as it safely goes) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch round. Transfer it to a parchment-lined pizza peel or flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam over the base as your “sauce.”
Top with mozzarella cheese, then layer on pepperoni. Brush crust edges with olive oil.
Bake on the hot stone or sheet for 10–13 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil and a final drizzle of pepper jam if desired.
Slice and serve hot!
