🥃 Rollicking Buckaroo Bourbon Sweet Tea (With Liquor)
Ingredients (Serves 4):
4 cups cold water
3 black tea bags (or 2 family-size bags)
1/3 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam
1/2 lemon, sliced
6 oz bourbon (1.5 oz per glass)
Fresh mint leaves
Ice
Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of water and steep tea bags for 5–7 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in the pepper jam until dissolved.
Add the remaining 2 cups cold water and chill.
In each glass, add ice and 1.5 oz of bourbon. Top with the sweet tea.
Garnish with mint and lemon.
