Pan-Seared Flounder with Rollicking Buckaroo Bristol Bay Seasoning

Here’s a flavorful recipe for Pan-Seared Flounder with Rollicking Buckaroo Bristol Bay Seasoning:


Ingredients:

2 flounder fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 Tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Bristol Bay Seasoning

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp butter

Juice of ½ lemon

Lemon wedges and parsley for garnish


Instructions:

Pat dry the flounder fillets.
Lightly coat both sides with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with Bristol Bay Seasoning.

Heat butter and remaining olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot and foamy.

Add fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Flip gently and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets just before removing from heat.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
