Honey Aleppo Pepper Glazed Cowboy Ribs
Sweet heat meets smoky perfection!
Ingredients:
2 racks baby back ribs (or St. Louis-style ribs)
3 tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Glaze:
½ cup honey
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Rollicking Buckaroo Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
Prep the Ribs: Pat ribs dry and rub them with olive oil. In a bowl, mix Rollicking Buckaroo Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Massage the seasoning blend all over the ribs. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavor).
Slow Cook for Tenderness: Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Wrap ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Rollicking Buckaroo Honey Aleppo Pepper Seasoning, and minced garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Grill & Glaze: Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove ribs from foil and place on the grill. Brush with the glaze, grilling for 5–10 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
Serve: Let ribs rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with extra glaze on the side. Enjoy with cornbread, coleslaw, and a cold beer!
