Holiday Pepper Jam Brie Bites

These elegant little bites feel fancy but come together fast—ideal for open-house mingling.
Serves
10–12 people (about 30 bites)
Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1 wheel brie cheese (8–12 oz), rind on
½–¾ cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any heat level you love)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped
Optional toppings: chopped pecans, walnuts, or dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2½-inch squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
Cut brie into small cubes and place one cube into each pastry cup.
Top with pepper jam (about 1–2 teaspoons per bite).
Brush pastry edges with egg wash and sprinkle lightly with herbs.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Let cool slightly, then finish with nuts or dried fruit if desired.
