Gourmet Pepper Jam Bites with Whipped Goat Cheese & Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients:

1 package scoop-style corn chips or mini phyllo cups

4 oz goat cheese

2 oz cream cheese (for smoothness)

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp lemon zest

1/4 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any heat level)

2 slices prosciutto, baked until crispy and crumbled

Fresh thyme or microgreens for garnish

Instructions:

Make the whipped goat cheese:
In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and lemon zest until smooth and fluffy (use a hand mixer or whip vigorously by hand).

Prepare the base:
Arrange scoop chips or phyllo cups on a serving platter.

Fill each cup:
Add a spoonful of the whipped goat cheese mixture.

Top with jam:
Add a small dollop of Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam to each bite.

Garnish:
Sprinkle with crumbled crispy prosciutto and finish with a few thyme leaves or microgreens.

Serve:
Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
