Flounder with Rollicking Buckaroo Bristol Bay Seasoning

Ingredients:

2 fresh flounder fillets

1½ tsp Rollicking Buckaroo Bristol Bay Seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp unsalted butter

Juice of ½ lemon

Lemon slices, for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Optional sides:

Steamed or roasted broccoli

Rice or roasted potatoes

Instructions:

Prep the Fish:
Pat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels. Sprinkle Rollicking Buckaroo Bristol Bay Seasoning evenly over both sides.

Heat the Pan:
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until shimmering.

Cook the Flounder:
Gently lay the fillets in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden and just cooked through.

Add the Finishing Touch:
Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets during the last 30 seconds of cooking. Remove from heat.

Plate and Garnish:
Serve hot with lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Add your choice of sides.
