BBQ Meatball Sliders

Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam BBQ Meatball Sliders

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or mix beef & pork)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

12 small slider buns

1/2 cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Pickles or coleslaw for topping

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven: 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Mix meatballs: In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roll into small 1–inch meatballs.

Bake meatballs: Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes, until cooked through.

Make glaze: In a small saucepan, mix Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam and BBQ sauce. Heat until smooth.

Coat meatballs: Toss the baked meatballs in the jam-BBQ glaze.

Assemble sliders: Place 2 meatballs on each slider bun, add pickles or a spoonful of coleslaw, garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
