Applewood Chipotle Rubbed Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Featuring Rollicking Buckaroo Applewood Chipotle Rub
Ingredients:
1½ lbs pork tenderloin
2½ tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Applewood Chipotle Rub
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lime
Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Prep the Pork: Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub it all over with olive oil and lime juice.
Season Generously: Coat the pork evenly with the Rollicking Buckaroo Applewood Chipotle Rub. Press the rub into the meat to ensure it adheres well.
Marinate (Optional): For deeper flavor, let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 14–18 minutes total, turning every few minutes for even searing, until internal temp reaches 145°F.
Rest & Slice: Let the pork rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice into medallions.
Serve: Plate with fresh cilantro and lime wedges for a pop of freshness.
