
๐ Rollicking Summer Pepper Jam Flatbread (For One)

๐ Ingredients:
1 small naan or flatbread
2 tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any heat level you love)
ยผ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
ยผ cup thinly sliced rainbow bell peppers
1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
A handful of arugula or baby spinach
1 tsp olive oil
Optional: a squeeze of lime + chili flakes
๐ฅ Directions:
Toast or grill the flatbread until warm and slightly crisp (about 3โ4 minutes).
Spread the Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam over the warm base.
Sprinkle on the goat cheese, bell peppers, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and top with fresh greens.
Add a squeeze of lime or a pinch of chili flakes if you like it bold.
Devour while warm โ maybe with a chilled lemonade or spritzer!
