๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

1 small naan or flatbread

2 tbsp Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam (any heat level you love)

ยผ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta

ยผ cup thinly sliced rainbow bell peppers

1 tbsp finely chopped red onion

A handful of arugula or baby spinach

1 tsp olive oil

Optional: a squeeze of lime + chili flakes

Toast or grill the flatbread until warm and slightly crisp (about 3โ€“4 minutes).

Spread the Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam over the warm base.

Sprinkle on the goat cheese, bell peppers, and red onion.

Drizzle with olive oil and top with fresh greens.

Add a squeeze of lime or a pinch of chili flakes if you like it bold.
