🍖 Buckaroo Ranch Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 thick-cut bone-in pork chops

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & freshly ground black pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

½ cup Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Chops: Pat pork chops dry, season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Sear: In a heavy cast-iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sear chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Stir in Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.

Glaze: Return chops to skillet. Spoon glaze over them and cook another 3–4 minutes, letting sauce caramelize around the edges.

Serve: Plate with charred corn, roasted potatoes, or skillet cornbread. Garnish with fresh herbs.
