
🍁 Pumpkin Spice Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp Rollicking Buckaroo Seasoning Blend (your Choice)
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for a sweet touch)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spread chickpeas on a clean towel, patting them very dry (this helps with crispiness).
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, Rollicking Buckaroo Seasoning, salt, and maple syrup if using.
Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking pan halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
Let cool slightly—chickpeas will crisp up even more as they cool.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy warm or store in a glass jar for an on-the-go fall snack. Great sprinkled over salads or mixed into trail mix too!
