🌿 Rollicking Buckaroo Garlic & Herb Garden Dressing

Ingredients

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp Rollicking Buckaroo Garlic & Herb Seasoning (Salt Free)

1 tsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

In a small bowl or mason jar, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifies.

Stir in Rollicking Buckaroo Garlic & Herb Seasoning and add black pepper to taste.

Let the dressing rest for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the herbs and garlic to bloom.

Drizzle over fresh greens, roasted veggies, or use as a marinade for chicken, fish, or tofu.

✨ Tip: Double the batch and keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
