🌿🍋 Adobo Lime Vegan Chicken Skillet with Citrus & Herbs

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
2 packages vegan chicken cutlets or strips
1½ tbsp olive oil
2–3 tsp Adobo Lime Rub (to taste)
Juice of ½ fresh lime
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup vegetable broth or water
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Optional: sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, or shredded cabbage
Instructions
Season
Pat vegan chicken dry. Toss or rub generously with Adobo Lime Rub.
Sear
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add vegan chicken and cook 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Bright Finish
Lower heat. Add garlic, lime juice, and broth.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until the glaze lightly coats the pieces.
Serve
Finish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
